Returns Returning an Item: If you plan to return an item please look over this simple checklist to make sure we can continue to give you the best possible service. - Please gather the item you wish to return including all tags, receipts, and if possible the original shipping box. - Be sure to complete the enclosed return form that you received with your item. It is very important that you include your order number and contact information. Please be as clear as possible regarding your return instructions. - We suggest that you use UPS or USPS with delivery confirmation for your return. Keep the Return Tracking Number from the package you are returning to ensure that the package is returned to our store. - Please return your package to: The Red Zone 155 E. Clayton St Athens, GA 30601 - There will be a 10 % restocking fee for any item being returned for a refund. Any item being exchanged will not incur this charge (unless custom made). - Custom made products (Lamps, Furniture, Diploma Frames, Etc) are Non-refundable once the order has been placed. No exceptions. - All returns must have original tags attached and be in the same condition as they were shipped. - All Sale/Clearence items are non-refundable. Exchanges only. - You can expect that your return will be handled within 2 days of reciept. Please allow 2-3 days after you have been refunded to see the transaction on your statement. Damaged or Defective Products What to do: When your package arrives, please inspect it carefully for any damage caused during shipping or otherwise. If there is a problem, please contact us at redzonestore@yahoo.com to inform us about the problem. We will then work with you to resolve any such problem by replacing the item.
