Uga V retired on September 11, 1999 and on that same day Uga VI, took over as the Official mascot for the UGA Bulldogs at Sanford Stadium the University of Georgia in Athens, GA. The 2006 UGA football season marked the 50th Anniversary for this favorite English bulldog a.k.a. Uga VI in college football.
